I explained that evri does not give a QR code for picking up from the parcel shop and showed them, but they refused and said they do. I explained to them to show me but were rude and dismissive. I showed them my ID and proof of collection email. I wish they’d make it easy, but the woman was so rude and the young guy with glasses. I confirmed with Evri that they do not send a pick up code when collecting from the shop. Such bad attitude
